Marketing Manager

Overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across institutional and professional trading audiences. This role will focus on delivering high-quality marketing execution across Web3 and institutional finance ecosystems, helping strengthen Rho’s position as a leading derivatives and trading infrastructure platform.
This is a practical, delivery-oriented role working closely with cross-functional teams across product, business development, and operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technical products, can manage multiple workstreams, and consistently ships high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (product launches, announcements, ecosystem activations), ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Content Production: Create and coordinate marketing content such as product pages, blog posts, announcements, newsletters, and social content, working with internal stakeholders and external contributors when needed.
- Messaging & Narrative Support: Help refine and apply consistent messaging across channels, translating technical product updates into clear and credible communications.
- Partner Marketing Support: Assist BD and partnerships with co-marketing activities (joint announcements, launch kits, partner content), coordinating assets and distribution.
- Marketing Operations: Maintain basic marketing processes and documentation (content calendars, launch checklists, asset libraries) to keep execution organized and repeatable.
- Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance and basic KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention signals), summarize results, and suggest incremental improvements.
- Events & Community Coordination: Support event participation and community engagements by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and amplifying outcomes across channels.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Product, Ops/Legal, and Leadership to ensure outputs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with priorities.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Experience in marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles, ideally in Web3, crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of crypto markets and derivatives trading (e.g., perpetuals, futures, options, rates products), with the ability to confidently market products to institutional and professional trading audiences.
- Execution Mindset: Hands-on approach with strong project management skills and ability to deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with product and technical teams to collect inputs and turn them into publishable outputs.
- Communication Skills: Strong writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex concepts without losing accuracy.
- Community Engagement: Experience supporting community and ecosystem engagement through content, updates, and coordination.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
